Imperial Stout Vinegar
Our Imperial Stout Vinegar is made from Wellington Brewery’s celebrated Imperial Stout, brewed right here in Ontario.
This classic stout is rich, dark, and complex, with aromas of dark chocolate and coffee. Extra-toasted malts give it a jet-black color and notes of toffee and dark fruit. We ferment this remarkable beer into an equally rich, nuanced vinegar you won’t find anywhere else. It’s excellent in grill marinades and homemade BBQ sauces, or drizzled over fish and chips—or even poutine—for a bold, malty kick.
